Shipping & returns

How orders are delivered across Papua New Guinea, and how to return or get a refund on something that isn't right.

Delivery across PNG

Yeyyey is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each vendor ships the items you bought from them, so an order with more than one vendor may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Delivery is available to Port Moresby, Lae, Mount Hagen and most provincial centres via Post PNG and approved vendor self-delivery. Delivery times vary by province and by the carrier the vendor uses — remote and Highlands destinations can take longer.

Free delivery is offered on orders over K500 within Port Moresby. Other shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices, currency & GST

All prices are shown in PNG Kina (PGK) and are GST-inclusive. The 10% Goods & Services Tax is itemised on every tax invoice.

You can pay by card, BSP Pay, mobile money, EFTPOS or QR through our PNG-hosted payment gateway, or by bank transfer. Approved trade-account holders can order on 30-day credit terms.

Your right to return (PNG Sale of Goods Act)

Under PNG consumer law, goods must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. If an item is faulty, not as described, or the wrong item was sent, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair — regardless of the vendor's own policy.

These statutory returns are always accepted, the vendor covers return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

Change-of-mind returns

Vendors may also accept change-of-mind returns at their discretion. The standard window is 14 days from delivery, but each vendor can set their own window, restocking fee, and who pays return shipping — this is shown when you request the return.

Some items can't be returned for change of mind for health, safety or hygiene reasons — for example PPE, hygiene products, and custom-cut or made-to-order goods. Your statutory rights for faulty goods still apply to these items.

How to request a return

Go to My account → Orders, open the delivered order, and choose Request a return on the vendor's items. Pick the items and quantity, tell us the reason, and choose how you'll send them back (ship back, drop off, or vendor collection).

The vendor reviews your request and issues an RMA (return authorisation) number. Once they receive the item back and confirm its condition, your refund is processed. You can track every step under My account → Returns.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit to your Yeyyey wallet (instant and usable on your next order) or by bank transfer to your nominated BSP or Kina Bank account. A credit note is generated for your records and the GST is reversed.

If you cancel a paid order before it ships, it's refunded automatically the same way and your reserved stock is released.
